Noosa Long Weekend Festival:  15 July to 24 July

The Noosa Long Weekend Festival actually involves ten days and nights of artists, performers, authors, visual arts, film food and fun, and we are hoping some attendees may choose to stay with us in Coolum. 

Sunshine Coast Marathon:   21 August

The Sunshine Coast Marathon and Community Run Festival is next month:  19-21 August.  We will be particularly busy over this weekend with only studio apartments still available.  To encourage the booking of the studios, we are offering a 10% discount to all athletes and their families staying one night or more for those guests who book direct.

Australian Motocross Championships:   27 August

Round 10 of the Australian Motorcross Championships motorcycle racing will be held in Coolum towards the end of August.

Noosa Jazz Festival:  01 September

Music lovers from around the world and across Australia will enjoy the Noosa Jazz Festival from 01- 04 September.  To encourage bookings, we are offering guests a 15 % discount off rack rates for three or more nights stay if they booking direct.

Ironman 70.3 World Championships:  04 September

This Ironman event at Mooloolaba is expected to bring 3,000 competitors and supporters from around the world to the region.  Participants in the Championship will range in age from 18 to 75-plus, and will represent over 70 countries.

Maroochy Music & Visual Arts Festival :  10 September

The former Horton Park Golf Course, now the site for the new city centre for the Sunshine Coast, will play host to this music and arts event in September.

GIANT Sunshine Coast CycleFest 2016: 24 September

The CycleFest for 2016 involves three cycling events throughout the Sunshine Coast.   The 25km Piccolo Fondo event starts at Coolum; however, as this event will be held during school holidays we are not offering a special deal to participants as we will already be busy at this time.

Caloundra Music Festival: 30 September (16,000, Caloundra)

It is anticipated that the Caloundra Music Festival will bring approximately 16,000 people to the region.  Again, this event is during Queensland school holidays so we will not be offering a special deal to participants as we are expecting to have high occupancy levels during the weekend of the festival.
