We require you to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival at the property. If your booking falls in the school holiday period, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a tenant, for any other reason whatsoever, desiring to cancel their booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in holiday season or 14 days notice at other times.
